Aside from a few other symptoms I left out, early pregnancy signs are very similar to PMS. Her period being irregular was a result from the stress going on with Alvaro, but once she got her mind off of it by being with Sergio, things were more relaxed and, well, the floodgates opened. why did i put it that way omg idk  It will open up a lot of insight for Nic in future chapters.
